Why did you decide to write this book?

Well I have been complaining I think probably since as far back as I can remember. I have heard my friends complain about poor customer service and things that have happened to them. And their frustration at not knowing what to do and how to do it.

What makes you a professional on this topic?

Well the combination of my university education along with the fact that I worked in the customer service industry for well over 10 years. I had the inside view of how major corporations train their employees to deal with customer complaints. What needs to be said and to who. An essential piece of the complain puzzle.

How long is your book?

Well at the point when I was making this web page by myself I might add. But I am sure that all of you out there can tell I obviously did not pay anyone to create this master piece. So at the time of creation of this website it was over 100 pages.

Well folks I am just a prime example of how hard work pays off. I guess I should set the record straight right here and now. That no I am not a computer geek.
